In addition to a very high thermal conductivity, the elastomer enriched in the special manufacturing process with heat-conducting ceramics has a very good technical elasticity and high electrical impact resistance.


Thanks to the first-class combination of thermal, mechanical and electrical properties, the Gapfiller-spacer is also suitable for a wide range of applications; Wherever different gaps must be efficiently bridged from the power component to the heat sink.

ICT-TC-GFSP-US-4010 contains low molecular siloxane in the middle range and also has very high reliability. Due to its natural adhesion, the material can also be affixed very well in advance. The Gapfiller-spacer is on one side but also on both sides self-adhesive.
