Our heat conducting materials, known as thermal interface materials (TIMs), are used wherever heat needs to be dissipated effectively and without interruption. These materials effectively eliminate air gaps and unevenness, optimize the heat path and thus enable more efficient cooling of electronic components. If required, they also ensure electrical insulation of the components from the heat sink. As a complete supplier, ICT SUEDWERK not only offers a wide range of thermal solutions, but also combines first-class processing quality with outstanding thermal and electrical properties. Our products prevent total failures and performance problems effectively and at an early stage.
Extensive product range
We offer an extensive selection of electrically insulating materials such as surface insulation films, sheets and semi-finished products made from various high-performance plastics and metals. Our range includes materials such as polyamide, polyimide, polyester, polycarbonate, aramid paper, PEEK, ISOLA 400, hard paper, acrylic plexiglass and epoxy glass fiber reinforced products. We also offer special plastics for laser and CNC engraving as well as insulating bushings made of heat-resistant and dimensionally stable plastics. Our range of metallic films includes aluminium, copper and metallized fabrics and nonwovens with various metallizations. Our EMC-dissipating films, which can also be laminated to customer specifications, complete our range of special metallic films and film laminates.
