ICT SUEDWERK Appoints Industry Specialist to Strengthen Sales Team

ICT SUEDWERK has expanded its sales team with the addition of an industry expert in thermally conductive products, electrical insulation films, textile gaskets, contact springs, and EMC shielding solutions.

Since joining the company in March 2025, Mr. Hermann Frank has proven to be a valuable asset. Following the successful completion of his onboarding, he has been representing ICT SUEDWERK in the D-A-CH region and Northern Italy since the end of June 2025.

Mr. Frank has assumed the role of Senior Key Account Manager (Senior Sales Field Manager) for ICT SUEDWERK’s division specializing in thermal interface materials and electrical insulation films. He is also tasked with driving the market introduction and distribution of EMI shielding products, including textile gaskets, contact springs, and elastomers.

About Hermann Frank

Mr. Frank brings extensive experience from senior sales roles at leading companies including MTC Micro Tech Components GmbH, Nucletron GmbH, Marlow Industries Europe GmbH, and Laird Technologies. In these roles, he was responsible for the sale of both passive and active thermal management products as well as EMC shielding solutions.

During his six-year tenure at MTC Micro Tech Components GmbH, he consistently delivered strong results in the sales of thermal interface and EMC shielding materials.

With over 25 years of experience in technical sales, Mr. Frank possesses deep expertise and a broad professional network across various industries such as medical technology, industrial applications, automotive, and power electronics. His focus has been on sourcing C-parts, particularly thermal interface materials, thermally conductive and electrically insulating surface materials, and EMI shielding products.
