- Research & Validation (ZFW): Life-time testing, precise thermal measurements and thermophysical simulations eliminate hotspots and bottlenecks early in the development phase.
- Advanced Material Engineering & In-House Manufacturing (ICT SUEDWERK): High-performance silicone-free gap filler pads (up to 25 W/mK), phase-change materials, thermally conductive caps and tubes. Highly thermally conductive interface materials such as synthetic graphene sheets, electrical surface insulation films, specialized plastic foils and films as well as EMI shielding solutions round out our versatile portfolio – rapidly customized with state-of-the-art laser and die-cutting technology.
- Power Systems & Electronics (Exista): Robust, application-specific power supply architectures, seamlessly aligned with your overall thermal concept.
