ICT-TC-GFSP-S-4002 is slightly harder than the entry level FSL-B. The material is excellent for bridging very large air gaps (> 3mm) with high mechanical stress at the same time.

The thermally conductive, electrically insulating gap filler spacer has an excellent balance between thermal conductivity and thermal transfer resistance.

The elastomer, enriched in the special manufacturing process with heat-conducting ceramics, offers a very good thermal performance.

ICT-TC-GFSP-S-4002 significantly reduces the overall transition resistance and provides an optimal thermal path-excellent thermal performance. The first-class combination of thermal and excellent mechanical properties makes the Gapfiller-spacer material interesting for a wide range of applications; Wherever very large gaps must be bridged from the power component to the heat sink. Due to the longevity and the associated high reliability, the ICT-TC-GFSP-S-4002 is often found in automotive applications such as air compressors and other auxiliary units.

Due to its natural adhesion, the material can also be vorapplizieren very well. The Gapfiller-spacer is on one side but also on both sides self-adhesive.
