ICT-M
Thermally Conductive Sheet ICT-M
ICT-M is a glass fiber-reinforced, silicone-based, electrically insulating film filled with thermally conductive ceramic and has very good foldability, tear resistance and mechanical resistance.
This combination of thermal and very good mechanical and electrical properties makes the material so interesting for a very wide range of standard applications.
The ICT-M series has a very good surface quality and adapts very well to the contact surfaces, which minimizes the thermal contact - and therefore the overall thermal transfer resistance.
As with the ICT-BFG-A, ICT-BFG, ICT-BS and the -BR, the ICT-M20 type also has a very long service life and the associated high reliability, which is why this product group is often used in very complex applications.
For example, for connecting IGBT housings / microprocessors and for cooling ventilation systems, electrical controls, drive trains (gearboxes), etc.
