The ICT-BFG series convinces by the unique combination of excellent thermal, mechanical as well as electrical properties and makes the material so interesting for a variety of applications.

Due to the surface quality, the material adapts very well to the contact surfaces, whereby the thermal contact-and thus the thermal total transfer resistance-is considerably minimised.

As in the case of ICT-BFG-A, the ICT-BFG also has a very high longevity and the associated high reliability. Therefore, this product group often finds its use in complex applications such as the Abindung of IGBT enclosures/microprocessors/capacitors, high-power LEDs (COB) etc.
Other areas of application include light bulbs, power tools, as well as in the automotive sector such as air compressors, electric auxiliary heaters, ventilation systems, e-controls, drive trains (gearboxes), etc.
