ICT-BFG-A

Glass fiber reinforced, thermally conductive ceramic-filled silicone-based sheet

Fact Sheet

The ICT-BFG20-A type is a 0.20 mm thin glass fibre reinforced silicone-based film with exceptionally good heat-conductive ceramics, which has excellent electrical insulation and outstanding long-term stability as well as excellent thermal performance.

Due to its very soft surface quality, the material adapts very well to the contact surfaces, whereby the thermal contact-and thus the thermal total transfer resistance-are considerably minimised. The first-class combination of excellent thermal, mechanical and electrical properties makes the material so interesting for a wide range of applications.
Due to the longevity and the high reliability associated with it, ICT-BFG20-A often also applies to the cooling of inverters, power tools as well as in the automotive sector such as air conditioning compressors, electric auxiliary heaters, ventilation systems, e-controls, drive trains (gearboxes), etc.
